Working with Rachel was critical for me. I had lost my mojo after years of dieting and could not get back on track with my diet, fitness and muscle building. My motto for life and training is: "Do the things today others won't, so you can do the things tomorrow others can't." Strength is integral to my life - I discovered powerlifting in 2018 and the physical strength I have gained is matched by the confidence I now have in everyday life. I believe that form and technique are more important than the weight on the bar, and after living with constant back pain for years, I am now pain free. I have experience in competing at various events, powerlifting, strongman and general fitness, and incorporate that knowledge and experience into my programming approach. As a Fitness Professional and Trainer, my goal is to help every person become the strongest version of themself. I have experience training and coaching both male and female clients of all skill levels and across a wide age range. I look forward to supporting you as you become the strongest you!
